Big Dawgs Lawncare LLC (doing business as Big Dawgs Lawn & Landscape, "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through www.bigdawgslandscape.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you are interested in, your message, and an optional referral code. If you use the chat widget, we collect the messages you send. Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical logs such as IP addresses and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare quotes, schedule work, and communicate with you about your property. Quote requests are delivered to us through our lead management provider, and chat messages are processed by our chat service provider. These providers handle your information only to provide those services to us.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing text blasts. If you text or call us, we reply to you directly about your request.
Cookies and analytics
The chat widget stores a session identifier in your browser so your conversation stays connected. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Your choices
