Everything your property needs, one crew

Landscaping is where we are growing. Weekly lawn care is where we started. Snow keeps us useful in January. Pick a service to see exactly what's included.

Landscape Installation

This is the work we love most. From a single new bed to a full backyard rebuild, we design and install landscapes that fit your property and your budget, plantings, beds, drainage, and grading, tying in hardscape where the design calls for it. Zach walks every job in person before we quote it.

Hardscaping

Stone and pavers are the bones of a landscape. We design and install retaining walls, patios, walkways, and fire pits with a proper compacted base under every one of them, because hardscape is only as good as what it sits on. It is the biggest single upgrade you can make to how your property looks and how you actually use it.

Commercial Lawn Maintenance

Commercial properties and HOAs need more than a guy who shows up when the weather is perfect. We handle the full weekly routine: mowing, trimming, edging, blow-off, and seasonal cleanup, with one local crew and a clear point of contact. It is built for properties that would rather have eight well-run stops than fifty scattered ones.

Commercial Snow Removal

When a storm hits, the parking lot cannot wait until it is convenient. Big Dawgs plows, salts, and clears walkways for commercial properties and HOAs that need their site safe and accessible. Pair it with grounds maintenance and keep one dependable crew on the property year round.

Mulch & Rock Installation

Fresh mulch or decorative rock is the fastest way to make a property look cared for. We prep and edge the beds, haul in quality material, and spread it at the right depth so it looks sharp and actually protects your plants.

Bush & Shrub Trimming and Removal

Overgrown bushes make a good house look tired. We trim and shape shrubs so they stay healthy and look intentional, and when a bush is too far gone, we pull it out roots and all and leave the bed ready for whatever comes next.

Lawn Mowing

More than 100 lawns get the Big Dawgs treatment every week: a sharp cut, crisp edges, trimmed lines, and clippings handled. Same crew, same day each week, all season long. Our residential routes stay close to Romeo so we can keep the schedule dependable.

Lawn Fertilization

Mowing keeps a lawn neat. Feeding is what keeps it thick and deep green through a Michigan summer. We time fertilization applications to the season so your lawn gets what it needs when it can actually use it.

Lawn Aeration

Michigan clay packs down hard, and a compacted lawn struggles no matter how much you water it. Core aeration pulls plugs of soil so air, water, and nutrients get back to the roots. It is one of the cheapest ways to make a tired lawn act young again, especially paired with overseeding.

Lawn Aeration details
  • Core aeration with plugs left to break down naturally
  • Relief for compacted soil and high-traffic areas
  • Better water, air, and fertilizer penetration
  • Pairs with overseeding and fall fertilization in one visit

Overseeding

A thin lawn does not need to be torn out and replaced. Overseeding works new seed into the turf you already have, filling bare patches and thickening the stand so weeds have nowhere to move in. Done with aeration in early fall, it is the closest thing to a lawn reset without the sod bill.

Overseeding details
  • Quality seed matched to your sun and soil conditions
  • Bare patch and thin area repair
  • Best results paired with core aeration
  • Watering and first-mow guidance after seeding

Spring & Fall Cleanups

Michigan yards take a beating between seasons. Our cleanups reset the property: leaves and debris out, beds cut back and re-edged, and everything hauled away so the next season starts clean.

Snow Removal

When it snows, we plow. Driveways and walkways cleared by the same crew that handles your lawn all summer, so your property is covered year round by one company you already trust.
